1. This website is information, not an offer

Everything on this website — specifications, indicative tariff bands, lot sizes, payment terms, timelines and calculator outputs — is provided for general information. It does not constitute an offer, a quotation, a commitment to buy or sell, or a guarantee of any commercial term. A binding obligation arises only under a written contract, purchase order or power purchase agreement signed by an authorised signatory of Sharma Agrovolt.

2. Commodity prices and specifications

We deliberately do not publish live commodity rates on this website, because mandi prices change daily with arrivals and quality. Quality parameters shown on the Agri Trading page are our standard trading specifications; the specification, deduction formula and price applicable to your transaction are those recorded in the written confirmation issued for that transaction.

3. Solar savings calculator

The savings calculator on the Solar page is an indicative arithmetic tool. It multiplies the numbers you enter and does not include open access charges, cross-subsidy surcharge, additional surcharge, wheeling and transmission charges and losses, banking or settlement charges, standby charges, electricity duty, or any statutory levy. Actual savings will differ, and may be materially lower. Nothing shown by the calculator is a representation, warranty or offer of any tariff.

4. Regulatory information

References on this website to the Electricity Act, 2003, the Electricity (Promoting Renewable Energy Through Green Energy Open Access) Rules, 2022 and their amendments, MPERC regulations, minimum support prices, WDRA registration or any other law are summaries provided in good faith for orientation only. They are not legal or regulatory advice. Laws, rules, tariff orders and thresholds change. You must verify the position applicable to you with your own legal, regulatory or tax advisers before relying on it.

5. Project status disclosure

As at the date above, Sharma Agrovolt has no commissioned solar generation capacity. The solar division is at development stage. Any capacity, timeline or tariff discussed is prospective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Barwani, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute resolution clause agreed in a specific commercial contract, which will prevail for that contract.
