When you submit an enquiry form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp or email: your name, mobile number, email address, firm or company name, city, commodity or energy requirement, quantities, specifications, sanctioned load, electricity consumption data, and anything else you choose to write in the message box.
• Transaction and compliance information. If we do business together: GST number, PAN, bank account details, addresses, weighment and quality records, and statutory documents required under tax and company law.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard server data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this website.
