Rates move with daily mandi arrivals and quality, so we do not publish rates on this website — any figure here would be wrong by the time you read it. Quote validity is stated in writing on every enquiry.

Custody & verification

Grading, weighment and storage

Every lot is graded at the mandi — moisture meter reading, visual damage assessment and, for cotton, a staple and micronaire declaration. Weighment is done on a licensed weighbridge and the weighment slip is handed to you.

When stock has to be held, we use professional third-party warehouses in the Khargone–Sendhwa belt so that custody, insurance and stock statements stay clean. We can also work through WDRA-registered warehouses and the electronic negotiable warehouse receipt (e-NWR) route where a buyer or lender requires it.

If you or your surveyor want to inspect the stock before loading, you are welcome to. We never refuse an inspection.

What we need from you

Send these seven things with your enquiry

  • Commodity and exact specification (staple, micronaire, moisture, damage)
  • Quantity per lot and per month
  • Delivery basis: ex-mandi / ex-warehouse, or FOR at your plant
  • Delivery location and unloading facilities available
  • Payment terms you are offering
  • GST number and firm details, for the invoice
  • Whether you will arrange a third-party inspection

With these seven in hand, we quote the same working day.
